Helping you understand your pain, move with confidence and get back to the things that matter to you.

Hi, I'm Kate
I'm an osteopath based in Albury, with more than 15 years of experience as a local practitioner.
I enjoy working with people to understand what's contributing to their pain or difficulty moving, and helping them find practical ways to manage their symptoms and work towards the things that are important to them.
I believe good healthcare starts with listening. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand your symptoms, your goals, your lifestyle and what you want to get back to doing.
Whether you're dealing with a new injury, ongoing pain, looking to improve your strength and mobility, or simply want to move more confidently, we'll work together to develop an approach that is right for you.
My approach
I don't believe there is one treatment, exercise or approach that works for everyone.
Your experience of pain and injury is individual, which is why I take the time to understand the bigger picture before developing a management plan.
Depending on your needs, your care may include:
Hands-on treatment
Manual techniques can be used to help manage pain, improve movement and support your recovery.
Exercise & movement
Exercise can help build strength, mobility and confidence, and is often an important part of long-term management.
Education
Understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms can help you feel more confident and in control of your recovery.
Practical advice
We'll work together to find strategies that fit into your everyday life, rather than adding another list of things you have to do.
My goal is not simply to treat you in the clinic, but to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in your health.
Experience & qualifications
With more than 15 years of experience as an osteopath and local practitioner, I have worked with people across a wide range of ages, lifestyles and physical demands.
I hold a Master of Osteopathy and Bachelor of Applied Science from RMIT University, as well as a Professional Certificate in Pain Sciences from the University of South Australia (UniSA).
I also hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness, which complements my osteopathic training and supports my interest in helping people build strength, improve their movement and return to the activities they enjoy.
I am a registered osteopath with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Osteopathy Australia.
I value ongoing professional development and continue to build on my clinical knowledge and skills to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
Outside the clinic
I believe movement and staying active are an important part of a healthy life, but I also understand that life doesn't always make that easy.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy being active, spending time with family and friends, and taking part in sport and exercise.
These experiences have also shaped the way I approach osteopathy. I understand that people don't simply want to be free from pain — they want to be able to play sport, exercise, work, care for their family, enjoy their hobbies and do the things that make life enjoyable.
That's why I focus on helping people find realistic and sustainable ways to move forward.
How can I help?
I work with people experiencing a range of musculoskeletal conditions and movement-related concerns, including:
